This Privacy Policy explains how Ref Yazılım ve Bilişim Teknolojileri Tic. Ltd. Şti. ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in The Shepherd (the "Game").

The Game does not include subscriptions, account creation, advertising, third-party advertising, or IDFA-based tracking.

Information We Do Not Collect

We do not ask you to create an account and we do not collect:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address.
• Payment card details or other financial account information.
• Precise location, contacts, photos, microphone, or camera data.
• Advertising identifiers for tracking across apps or websites.

Information Processed Through the Game

The Game may process or make available the following categories of information through Apple services and Firebase Analytics:

• Gameplay and usage data: app launches, sessions, screen views, feature interactions, game progress events, and similar information used to understand how the Game performs and how players use it.
• Diagnostics and device information: device model, operating system, app version, performance information, and similar technical data used to maintain and improve the Game.
• Approximate location: Firebase Analytics may derive general location information from masked IP addresses. The Game does not request precise location permission.
• Purchases: the Game offers non-subscription in-app purchases for shepherd variants, firecracker items, and shepherd dog assist items. Apple processes the payment. We do not receive your payment card details. Purchase-related metadata, such as product ID, product name, price, and currency, may be measured through Apple StoreKit and Firebase Analytics.
• Game Center: if you use Apple Game Center features, Apple may process your Game Center profile, achievements, leaderboard scores, and related Game Center information. Game Center use is controlled by your Apple account and device settings.

How We Use Information

We use information only to:

• Operate the Game and provide gameplay features.
• Enable in-app purchases and restore purchased items.
• Support Game Center achievements, leaderboards, and scores.
• Understand aggregate usage and improve balancing, quality, and performance.
• Detect, prevent, and resolve technical issues.

Third-Party Services

We use Apple services for App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and Game Center. We use Firebase Analytics, provided by Google/Firebase, to measure app usage and performance. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices.

We do not sell personal information and we do not share information with advertising networks or data brokers.

Retention and Deletion

Gameplay data saved locally on your device can be removed by deleting the Game from your device. Game Center data is managed through Apple. In-app purchase history is managed by Apple through your Apple ID. Firebase Analytics data is retained according to our Firebase/Google Analytics settings and Google's applicable service policies.

Your Choices

• You can disable or manage Game Center in your Apple device settings.
• You can manage App Store purchases and purchase history through Apple.
• You can delete the Game to remove locally stored game data from your device.
• You can contact us through our website about privacy questions or requests.

Children's Privacy

The Game is not submitted to the App Store Kids Category and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can review the request.

International Processing

Apple, Google/Firebase, and we may process information in countries other than your country of residence, subject to applicable legal and service-provider safeguards.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the Game, our services, or legal requirements change. The effective date above will show when this policy was last updated.
